Wilson & Wilson Attorneys is the Baton Rouge law firm of Bonnie C. Wilson and Gregory O. Wilson, who have together been representing clients in Louisiana for over 30 years. Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Tutorships & Interdictions

Our firm drafts tailored Last Will and Testaments, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, General and Medical Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills to help protect our clients’ wishes and their families’ futures. We prioritize clarity and simplicity for both clients and their beneficiaries.

In cases where necessary, we assist with Interdictions and Tutorships, guiding clients through every step of the legal process with care and precision.

Successions, Probate, Partitions & Estate/Trust Litigation

We handle all aspects of estate administration from start to finish, whether the deceased had a will or passed intestate. Our experience includes trust administration and resolving complex estate matters involving both movable and immovable assets.

While most successions are completed efficiently, we are well-equipped to handle disputes. Our firm has extensive trial experience in contested estate, trust, and partition cases, as well as ancillary successions for out-of-state clients with Louisiana property.

Automobile Accident Claims & Litigation

Intrafamily Adoptions & Adoption Representation

One of the most rewarding aspects of our practice is assisting families through the adoption process. We focus on step-parent and intrafamily adoptions and have successfully finalized many agency adoptions in court.

Our Staff

Bonnie C. Wilson

Attorney

Bonnie attended Archbishop Blenk High School in Gretna and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Nicholls State University. She attended law school at both McGill Law in Montreal, Quebec and LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She initially went to work for Judge Melvin Shortess as his Attorney Clerk at the First Circuit Court of Appeal and then went into private practice of law, having practiced with her husband Greg for the last 30 years.

Gregory O. Wilson

Attorney

Greg graduated from University High School in Baton Rouge and subsequently attended Louisiana State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. He also attended McGill Law School and LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He went to work at a law firm in downtown Baton Rouge after graduation handling both insurance defense cases and succession probate litigation. He and Bonnie formed Wilson & Wilson Attorneys and have handled estate planning, succession, adoptions and automobile accident cases in Louisiana ever since.

Tiffany Fontenot

Legal Assistant

Tiffany has worked as Greg and Bonnie Wilson's legal secretary and legal assistant for over 20 years. As the manager of our front office she is the initial contact that our clients will communicate with at our firm. She is always happy to answer questions and guide our clients through the issues related to their specific legal matter, in a confidential way.
